Terms and Conditions
Please arrive at Mor Holan Sauna 10 minutes before your session time. The lead booker is responsible for making sure that all their group has read, understands and agrees to our T & Cs.
By clicking ACCEPT you are accepting responsibility for the safety of your group.
- Please bring swimwear and two towels.
- Take care when walking around the saunas platform. The walkway ramp and platform may be slippery when wet.
- We ask that all users use our hot shower and foot bath before entering the sauna.
- Please use the hot shower or dunk bucket before using a different piece of equipment.
- Only swimwear is allowed to be worn whilst using the sauna – no underwear or nudity. No footwear is to be worn in the sauna.
- Please be respectful to other sauna users. Bad behaviour will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave.
- Children under the age of 16 years are not allowed in the sauna or use the cold dip tanks.
- Alcohol is not advised. The heat will speed up the effect of alcohol and may cause dizziness.
- No jewellery to be worn in the the sauna.
- Take regular breaks when using the sauna. 15 minutes is the maximum recommended time before a cool down break, cold water is provided on site to drink in between using the sauna and hot tub
- Please leave the sauna straight away if you experience nausea, dizziness, faintness, rapid pulse, irregular heart beat, stomach or chest pains, or tingling in the hands or feet
- If you are suffering from any of the following you must not use the spa : skin, ear, genital or other body infections, heart disease, diabetes, migraines, stomach upset or sickness within the last 14 days, heart or respiratory problems, chest pains or any other serious illness
- If you are pregnant you must not use the sauna • Our wood fired stoves must only be operated by Mor Holan staff. Please keep away from hot surfaces
- Do not bring valuables into the spa. We take no responsibility for any damages or loss of property.
- People under the influence of drugs or excess alcohol are asked not to use the sauna facilities. No refunds will be given to those found to be under the influence.
- Any abusive behaviour towards the staff of Mor Holan will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave. In this instance no refunds will be given.
- In any event, sauna session bookings are non refundable but are transferable
- Mor Holan accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused by misuse of the sauna facilities.
Sauna + Wild Spa Safety * When using the wild spa and using the equipment, please use the hot shower to rinse off every time before entering the sauna or hot tub, body wash is available, or if you’re feeling brave use the cold dunk bucket * Exposure to hot equipment, slippery surfaces caused by water or other substances, hot temperatures, airborne illnesses and contaminants is undertaken at your own risk. * Property is left at your own risk * Do not wear or use any of your own products or lotions inside of the saunas as they may contain ingredients which can be harmful or slippery. * We reserve the right to refuse entry to customers who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs * The Mor Holan wild spa is an experience so please be respectful to other users.
