We have all the facilities necessary to create the ideal hot and cold conditions; our wood fired sauna is heated to a temperature of 70-90°C, water on hot coals provides plenty of steam, and lots of cold water in which to drench or plunge.
Cooling down is as important as warming up. It doesn’t matter which is done first, but it’s important that one follows the other, multiple times.
