Nick Tettersall is a sauna master and massage therapist based in Cornwall. Nick trained with the Lithuanian Bath Academy. His sauna rituals are much sought after amongst the wellness community all over the UK. Using a combination of sauna rituals and individual bodywork, participants experience relaxation, and for many a feeling of cleansing and shift in their energy.
